Hermes650

Hermes650 is the private, owner-operated automation assistant run by North Cloud Partners. It is an internal tool, not a public service.

What it does

Hermes650 runs on the owner's own computer, under the owner's direction. It keeps household and business records in order — filing and summarising mail, cataloguing documents, keeping spreadsheets and schedules up to date — and it reports back to the owner through a private chat interface.

Which Google services it connects to, and why

The application connects to a Google Account only when the owner asks it to, and only with the scopes the owner approves on Google's consent screen:

• Gmail — to read and file mail, prepare drafts, and log messages the owner asks about.
• Drive, Docs and Sheets — to read, create and update the owner's documents and spreadsheets.
• Calendar — to read and maintain the owner's schedules.
• Contacts — to match names and addresses in the owner's records.

No Google user data is sold or shared, none of it is used for advertising, and none of it is used to train machine-learning models. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Who can use it

Hermes650 is not distributed publicly and has no user accounts for third parties. It is operated by North Cloud Partners for its own internal record-keeping. If you have received mail or a message from this application, it was sent at the owner's explicit direction.
